Best Ruler since the Game's release?
Basically we're just timing the unrest at end of turn ability in such a way to abuse the rules and wording of Reflect's last ability so that, after the beginning of your end step, you activate Reflect to unrest your Elvish Priest at "end of turn" (this will cause it to unrest at the beginning of the next end step, which won't be until the following turn) Then during the next turn, activate again to unrest your Elvish Priest. Now we can unrest our elf twice at the end of this turn (tapping it for a Wind in response to each delayed 'unrest' trigger) and then cast Fiethsing, Magus of Holy Wind. And with a little more effort, there is a way to get five mana on turn 2 utilizing the card below, and banishing Fiethsing and Elvish Priest after resting them for mana.
Change the World, Orb of Illusion gives Reflect//refrain the ability to be as good mid-late game as she is in the early game. Able to consecutively bounce resonators or counter spells, multiple Orbs make Refrain a complete powerhouse, with very little we can do to stop her.

Since the release of the 'Force of Will' TCG, every set has had one or two new, dominant rulers. Enter The Twilight Wanderer: Reflect//Refrain.
So what is so broken about Reflect//Refrain? Is it the fact the she can counter normal spells, tutor for a card, return a resonator, pump a resonator, filter/draw cards all for no mana? Or is it something else? Many already know how 'broken' Reflect is with Elvish Priest - but in case you haven't heard, I've draw an incredibly crude diagram below: Is that the only reason Reflect is so good?
While not the only thing that makes Reflect amazing, this combo makes Wind extremely fast, at 4-5 mana on turn 2 there is a lot you can do, but you're using 2 cards from your opening hand for mana and a removal spell for the Elvish Priest shuts down any chance of getting the combo off, as well as wasting one of their reflect activations on unresting a resonator which will not survive to unrest. I think it is the versatility of Reflect//Refrain, and the ability to do all 6 of her abilities without spending any mana that makes her amazing. However, the real problem in many player's opinion: Change the World - Orb of Illusion.

Does Reflect need to be Errata'd?
Maybe she's too powerful, maybe she's fine. The general player base is very divided on this topic. Should something be done about this blatantly oppressive card?
My inclination is that Reflect//Refrain is fine. Orb of Illusion is a tad overpowered with her, making a very oppressive 2 card combo. But the 5 mana on turn 2, in my opinion, requires so many pieces to fall perfectly into place that, by itself it is not oppressive. You would have to have 4 of your first 6 cards be: Elvish Priest, Fiethsing, Adombrali and the 5 mana thing you want to cast. And then any removal spell stops the combo anyways. So our opinion here is that Reflect is probably healthy, but mid-late game with Orb of Illusion she is completely oppressive, and that's our main quarrel: The fact she is both aggressively dominant, and a dominant control ruler.
